Standard

Typical commercial fit-out with multiple M&E systems. O&M manual plus a CDM Health & Safety file, indexed and cross-referenced.
Complete
from £2,500
Large or multi-system projects. Everything in Standard, plus asset register, Regulation 38 fire-safety information and BREEAM / CIBSE TM31 as needed.
Add-ons available individually — standalone H&S file, asset register, Regulation 38 pack, CIBSE TM31 log book and fast-track turnaround. Prices exclude VAT. “From” is the floor for the simplest job in each tier; larger jobs are scoped up and confirmed in writing first.
